Volunteer!

[whoops! the page on the old site talks about using the space. This is for volunteering. Will need editing/discussion?]

Manchester Makerspace runs on community participation!

Have an event in mind that’s related to art, design, making, tinkering, or most anything else? Host it at the Makerspace!

Makerspace currently hosts several regular events (seen here on our Meetings and Events page) that exist because people like you wanted to celebrate creativity! Running an event or workshop is a great way to meet like-minded people and explore your interests in a community setting, and Makerspace can help you accomplish it!

In addition to our workshops, the Makerspace has a few options for meeting rooms. There is a 6-station computer lab, a small classroom (that can seat about 10 people) as well as a common area that can be used for informal gatherings or displays.

Our Facebook page regularly posts about upcoming events, many of which are open to the public. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Consider suggesting a brand new event via the form below!
